On the way to San Francisco

On the way to San Francisco, we hang around Napa Valley. Don’t give this a miss, it’s beautiful and the coloured hills remind us a bit of Tuscany. We stop in St Helena for a nice lunch at a terrase and pick the winery to visit: Beringer, the oldest wine castle of the area. After a short tour of the domain, some tasting, we head to Sausalito, on the outskirt of San Francisco. It is peaceful village with adorable floating houses! We go back into the car and proceed to San Francisco. The majestic bridge appears as the clear and blue sky fades away. No, it’s not a legend it seems, as we approach San Francisco, the mist and rain show up! Shame, I have to rethink my photos from the viewpoint I marked…
